Every menu is curated around seasonality, luxury sourcing, and refined execution, blending Northern Italian influence with modern Japanese technique and South Florida coastal elegance. From private residences and waterfront estates to yacht gatherings and exclusive celebrations, each service is tailored specifically to the guest experience, atmosphere, and occasion.

The process begins with a personal consultation discussing guest count, dietary preferences, event style, and desired ambiance. From there, a custom tasting menu is composed using premium ingredients sourced intentionally and seasonally — including imported truffles, Japanese A5 wagyu, Mediterranean seafood, uni, caviar, hand-crafted pastas, and locally sourced coastal produce.

On the day of service, every detail is handled with discretion and precision. Courses are prepared and plated on-site with Michelin-level presentation, allowing guests to experience restaurant-quality cuisine within the comfort and privacy of their own setting.
